The complainant is present . As   condonation  of   delay   petition (Petition no- 699-A dtd. 13/6/16 ) is rejected   by this   forum    vide   order   passed today    in misc case  no- 10/2016 , we  hold   that   the   complaint     is not   maintainable . So we  reject   the same   declaring   that   it is   not   admissible.
