Neither any one appears for the petitioner nor the petitioner has cared to remove the defects pointed out by the Registry in filing the present petition despite repeated opportunities being granted to the petitioner by the Registry for this purpose. That would show that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. The revision petition is as such dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
