The complainant is absent on call and no steps taken for him. Perused the record. As the complaint’s counsel has filed a petition not to conduct the case on 23/03/2018. Regd. letter No. 258 dt. 26/3/2018 was sent to the complainant to personal appear in the forum but since then 5/7 adjournment have been made but the complainant never appeared. Hence strong presumption is drawn that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with this case, making further adjournment will be unnecessary wastage of time of the forum. So the case is dismissed and closed due to default of the complainant.
