JD has made payment of Rupees 12,534/-, on the strength of demand draft No. 683808 dated 09-02-2015 in favour of Pawna Devi and Rupees 12,532/- to each of the remaining DHs namely Pooja Devi, Indu Bala and Nisha Kumari on the strength of DD No.683809, 683810 and 683812 dated 09-02-2015 respectively which have been duly received by all the DHs. DH Ms. Nisha Kumar is a minor. Her bank draft has been handed over to Pawna Devi her mother and natural guardian. Photocopy of FDR No. 1883 has been handed over to OP.1 Smt. Pawna Devi has undertaken to deposit Rupees 12,532/- in the shape of FDR in the name of minor Nisha Kumar till she attains majority. Statements to his effect recorded and placed on file and matter stands compromised accordingly.

            In view of the aforesaid facts the DH Smt. Pawna Devi is directed to invest the amount of Rupees 12,532/- in the shape of FDR in some nationalized bank in the name of minor Nisha Kumari till she/minor attains majority and the execution application is dismissed as having been fully satisfied on the strength of compromise. It be consigned to the records after needful.
