          Referring the notification issued by the Government in the Consumer Affairs Department bearing no. No. 2996-CAD-11015(38)/1/2018 dated 07/08/2018 and considering the prayer of Ld. President , Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (C.D.R.F.), North 24 Parganas under memo no. 682/DCF/24 Pgs.(N) dated 16/12/2019 for transfer of Case No. CC/330/2017 pending before the C.D.R.F., North 24 Parganas at Barasat to the newly created Additional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Rajarhat (New Town), we allow this transfer application. Let this case being No. CC/330/2017 pending before the C.D.R.F., North 24 Parganas at Barasat be withdrawn and transferred to the Additional C.D.R.F. at Rajarhat (New Town), for disposal. Inform both the Fora below and directed to act accordingly. Both parties are directed to appear before the Additional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Rajarhat (New Town) in the District of North 24 Parganas on 3.2.2020. Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
