“Case is called out.

None is present on behalf of the complainant.

According to office report dated 08.03.2022, registered court notice was issued to the complainant on 22.01.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.

Office has submitted the tracking report, according to which, the registered court notice issued to the complainant has been delivered to him.

In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the complainant.

Put up on 25.04.2022 for hearing on admission”.

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing this consumer complaint further.

Accordingly, the consumer complaint is dismissed in default of the complainant.
