Today, Sh.Kunal Arora, complainant appeared in person before this District Commission and made the following statement.

 

“Stated that I have amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and now I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and the present complaint may please be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

 

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Kunal Arora, complainant recorded today separately before this District Commission, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
