                    Shri S. K. Kelkar, authorized representative of the complainant is present in person.

                    Facing with the objection raised by the registry in regard to pecuniary jurisdiction under Section 47(1) (a) (i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the authorized representative seeks leave to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

                    Prayer is accepted.

                    Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

                    Demand draft regarding court fees be returned to the complainant.
