            The case is taken up for admission hearing. Ld. Advocate for the complainant is also present.

            Before taken up admission hearing Ld. Advocate for the complainant not pressed the complaint by making an endorsement on the margin of the complaint to that effect. In view of above endorsement, we are not inclined to admit the complaint and the complaint is rejected.

            Considering rejection of the complaint, Miscellaneous application is not tenable and rejected.
