Complainant files hazira through the ld. Advocate. Today ld. Counsel for the complainant puts an endorsement in the margin of the complaint petition being “not pressed” and submits that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the complaint further as the reliefs as sought for by the complainant has already been complied by the OP. Therefore, the complainant wants to withdraw the said complaint. The prayer as advanced by the ld. Counsel for the complainant is hereby allowed.

Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 199/2018 be and the same is dismissed being “not pressed” without any cost.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
