ORDER

Complainant files hazira along with an application with a prayer for amendment of the content of the para 3 of the petition of complaint, as per schedule of the amendment petition.

Let it be registered and treated as M.A Case No. 15/2022.

From the content of the amendment petition it appears that the complainant/petitioner intend to insert the word “S/O” and the word “Aynbar” will be deleted and the word “Ayubar” would he inserted in that place.

Close perusal of the materials of the record it appears to this Commission that the proposed amendment is formalin nature and if the same be allowed, it would not chance the nature and character of this case. Under such circumstances this Commission is of view that, there is no predicament on the part of this Commission to allow this prayer for the amended.

Hence, the application for amendment of the para No. 3 of the petition of the complainant filed by the complainant is hereby allowed exparte.

The complainant is directed to file the amended petition of complaint within the statutory period.

The M.A Case No. 15/2022 is this disposed of.

The complainant also filed the evidence in chief. Let the same be kept with the record.

Complainant at this stage also filed the amended petition of complainant. Let the same be kept with the record also.

At this stage, surprisingly the OP against whom the case has already been run exparte has filed a prayer for time on the ground stated therein.

This Commission is of view that, at this stage when the case is run exparte against him. The OP has no locus standi to file any petition with a prayer for time.

This the same is rejected at once.
