Present:     Sh. Kamal Pandit, Advocate for the applicant.

                Sh.Rajan Chawla , Advocate for the JD.

 

                Today, the case is fixed for conisderation. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement that he does not want to proceed further with the present application and Premission may be granted for filing fresh execution. In view of the statement of Learned counsel for applicant, presented application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh execution in appropriate court. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
