ORDER

1. The long and short of the allegations are, on 30.6.2019, complainant placed an order with the OP for the delivery of the named food. It was delivered against payment of Rs.70/-. However, the allegation is, food supplied was not found complete and it was incomplete. The matter was taken up and his case is, amount was not refunded to him. Perusal of the contents of the allegations do not show the details of incompleteness of the food. This has been kept as a question mark by the complainant himself.  The pleading on this point of fact is vague one.  Not only this, it is not the case, on detection of food being incomplete, same was returned to the OP to complete it.  Rather we feel it was consumed by the complainant and then put forth vague allegations that it was not complete in respect of the specific order qua its weight and other items. Hence, we find this consumer complaint to be frivolous one and not admitable. As such, we proceed to dismiss the same, at preliminary stage.
2. The certified copies of this order be sent to the complainant free of charge. The file be consigned.
