ORDER

     Complainant and OP No.2 have settled the dispute in sum of Rs.2000/-. OP No.2 has made the payment of Rs.2000/- to the counsel for complainant. In view of the statement in the shape of endorsement made by the counsel for complainant on the first page of the consumer complaint, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
