ORDER

      In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Ld. Counsel for Complainant states, he want to withdraw the present consumer Complaint. An application to this effect has also been received through e-mail. Contents perused.

     Ld. Counsel for the Complainant further states that he may be permitted to withdraw the Complaint with liberty to file fresh as it is suffering from some technical defect. In view of the same, the present consumer Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, of course, subject to law of limitation.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
