Complaint is allowed in part directing the opponent to repair the set bearing No.IME11: 910521600108843, IME12:910521600158822 with original parts free of costs and hand over to the complainant within 8 weeks from the date of this order, failing which, an amount of Rs.2,200/- paid by the complainant towards the set shall be refunded, It is ordered that the opponent nos. 1 and 2 shall pay compensation of Rs.500/- towards mental agony and harassment.

     Under the corcumstances of the case, we quantify the cost of the complaint at Rs.250/-.
