Both the parties appeared and also the learned counsel for the appellants Sunil Kumar and others also appeared

From persual of the order dt. 22-09-2016 passed by Hon’ble State Commission, the Bench is of this opinion that the order passed by the Commission dt. 24.03.2011 has been set aside. So this Ex. petition has lost its force. Hence rejected. Put the file in record room.
