JUDGMENT

Per Sri Sushil Kumar,  Member-   This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 28.1.2011 passed by the Ld. District Forum, Pilibhit in complaint case no.9 of 2009, Tej Bahadur vs. Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Sub-division., whereby the ld. District Forum dismissed the complaint that the complainant never deposited the electricity consumption charges.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the complainant never filed any receipt for payment of electricity charges before the ld. District Consumer Forum. Therefore, there is no reason to interfere in the judgment passed by the ld. District Consumer Forum. The appeal is liable to be dismissed.

ORDER

          Appeal is dismissed.
