                   Sh.Prabhjot Singh Sachdeva, Advocate for respondent no.1.

                   Sh.Prabhjot Singh Sachdeva, Adv. for respondent no.1 has suffered a statement that the JD1 had filed the appeal before the Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh and the same is pending for 6.5.15. JD1 will produce the copy of the stay order, if any passed by Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh or made compliance within 30 days.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1, the present execution application stands adjourned sine die for the time being with a direction to respondent no.1 to produce the copy of the stay order, if any passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh or made compliance of the order within 30 days. However, applicant is at liberty to get the present execution application revived, if the respondent no.1 is failed to produce the copy of the stay order, if any passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh or to comply with the order within 30 days. File be consigned to record room.
