None for the appellant.

None was also present for the appellant on 30.04.2014, 31.07.2014, 04.09.2014, 12.01.2013, 20.02.2015 and 07.04.2015.  On 08.12.2014 appellant appeared and sought time to file copy of the register on which he had endorsed the receipt of the certified copy.  This appeal has been filed on 24.03.2014 since then appellant appeared only on 08.12.2014 and sought time.  On the last three dates i.e. on 12.01.2015, 20.02.2015 and 07.04.2015 none was present for the appellant. Today also none is present. This continuous absence shows that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
