ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. O.P.s are directed to replace the engine of the complainant's vehicle together with head assembly within 2 months from the date of this order, failing which the complainant shall be entitled to have the engine replaced with a new one and the O.P.s shall be liable to pay the cost of the new engine and labour charges for replacing the old engine with new engine, as per the bill produced by the complainant. The O.P. is entitled to take back the replaced engine. No order as to cost. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.s by RPAD and to complainant under COP.
