ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Application received from the complainant through petition box as well as e-mail seeking withdrawal of the present consumer complaint as matter with the OPs have been compromised and he has received full and final settlement amount from the OPs and handed over the motorcycle to the OPs. Complainant not present. His non appearance also shows that he is not interested to continue with the present consumer complaint. In view of the request made in the application, the complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
