ORDER

     The authorized representative of OPs has received mobile set in question alongwith its charger, ear phone, box of mobile set, original invoice bill from the complainant today. His statement to that effect has been recorded separately.

     In view of the statements made by Sh.Kayum Khan, Authorized Representative of OPs and Sh.Jagwinder Pal Singh, Complainant in person on 01.01.2016 before the Lok Adalat, the matter has been settled. In view of the statements, the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The statements made by the parties before the Lok Adalat shall be deemed to be a part this order and the parties shall be bound by the same.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
