Therefore, on 29.02.2024, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for default/non-prosecution and date was fixed on 15.03.2024 and 08.04.2024.
Today also, the complainant is absent and no reply against the show case has been filed on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of default.
