The complaint case is put up today in the 2^nd National Lok Adalat on dt.13.05.2023 by virtue of a compromise petition filed by both the parties. Perused the said petition dated 19.04.2023 as well as the complainant petition wherein the claim amount Rs.1,27,200/- in total. As per the term of this settlement the complainant and the O.Ps amicably settled down there dispute and both the parties agreed not to make any further litigation arising out of the cause of action.

       In view of facts circumstance the complaint case dismissed as compromise.

      Order pronounced in the open commission in the 2^nd Lok Adalat this the day of 13^th day of May, 2023.
