Complainant is absent without any steps.

 He was informed by this Commission vide letter dtd. 04.05.2023 about the admission hearing of this case on 25.05.2023.

 On 25.05.2023  case  was adjourned and today is fixed for admission hearing but today complainant is  absent without any steps.

 Perused the complaint filed by the complainant we find that complainant address the complaint to TVS Chaterjee Automobiles Thana Road, Santipur, Nadia Pin. 741404.

 Copy of the said petition is sent to this Commission under Speed Post.

 Said petition does not bear original signature of the complainant even said petition does not bear any affidavit.

 In view of the aforesaid discussion we find that said petition is not fit for admission.

 That the present case vide no. CC/40/2023 filed by the complainant  is dismissed  as not admitted.
