Since he did not declare the said items when he boarded the flight the said narration of the items in the complaint is not useful for the complainant to come to a conclusion that indeed the said bag contained the said items.

12 .Merely because the complainant lodged a complaint before SHO, Rajahmundry Airport PS and the said PS issued FIR and investigation is pending, there is no bar for him to file consumer complaint as parallel enquiry is permissible under law.      ) has to be filed which will be done by the staff. In this case there is no such PIR but the complainant cannot be blamed for not preparing such report by the staff of the airport. Since the complainant lodged a complaint it was the duty of the Ops Airways to probe into the matter and decide the damages payable to the complainant but they did not do so. As seen from the General Policy, in the event of giving such complaint also, the liability of the Airlines for loss
