                        Case called repeatedly since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. It is evident from case file that complainant is not pursuing the matter since last many dates of hearing. As such, it seems that complainant has no interest in this case. It is 3.40 p.m.  Further wait seems not to be justified. Therefore, finding no justification in further adjourning the case, the complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
