                                                   ORDER             

          The application has been moved with the following prayer by the Learned Counsel for the appellant Union of India.

“Therefore, in view of the above said facts and circumstances it is most respectfully prayed that the statutory deposited amount of Rs. 25000/- along with accrued interest be given to the appellant.”             

          It is submitted by Smt. Sandhya Dubey, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant that while passing the judgment in Appeal No. 1228 of 2022 dated 28-02-2023 inadvertently the amount deposited by the appellant before this Commission has not been ordered to be refunded.

          The appeal filed by the appellant, Union of India being Appeal No. 1228/2022 has been partly allowed vide judgment and order dated 28-02-2023.

          In view of the aforesaid, the office is directed to examine the same and in case, if the amount is deposited and an FDR is prepared, the same be remitted to the District Consumer Commission, Mathura alongwith interest within a period of six weeks in accordance with law.   

          The application is disposed of.

          The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
