Called out. Counsel for the applicant Sri Pratyush Tripath is present.

The appellant has moved this misc. application for correction in the judgment passed in appeal no.951 of 2015 on 5.3.2024.

Counsel for the application has stated that in that judgment the name of the appellant’s counsel has been written as Sri Piyush Mani Tripathi but he was not the counsel in this case.

I have seen the judgment.

Let the name of appellant Sri Pratyush Tripathi be written at page 1 and 3 in place of Sri Piyush Mani Tripathi.  

Accordingly, the misc. application is disposed of.

The stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
