Respondent called.  Absent.  Petitioner called.  Absent.  No representation of behalf of the petitioner.  The bench clerk is directed to call the matter again after lunch. 

 

Taken up after lunch.  Petitioner/complainant did not furnish correct address of the respondent.  The docket notes on 16-04-13 revealed that the notice sent to the respondent/opposite party returned with endorsement “No such person in this door number”.  In view of the postal endorsement this Forum on the same day ordered fresh notice to the respondent on furnishing correct address.  Since then the matter was adjourned to 27-05-2013, 26-07-2013, 26-09-13, 17-10-13, 18-11-13, 18-12-13 and 20-01-14 on earlier occasions.

 Inspite of that the petitioner/complainant did not furnish correct address of the respondent.  It therefore appears to us that the petitioner/complainant has no interest in prosecuting this petition. 

 

Hence the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
