This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 20-3-2015, in the presence of complainant and opposite party no.1 in person and Sri M.Govardhan Reddy, Advocate for opposite party no.2 to 4, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

Complainant filed memo stating that he is not pressing the case and requested to dismiss the case as not pressed. Hence the matter is closed.
