Complainant is absent. O.p. has filed judgement of the Arbitrator by firisti passed in A.M. No. NSE/ARBN/F&O/K-0029/2012 vide dt. 24/04/2013  wherein Arbitrator has been pleased to award a sum of Rs. 1,64,480/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annuam from the date of his application in Form i.d 12/11/2013 till full realisation.
In view of the above position we are of the views that the complainant has already been awarded by the Arbitrator and as such he cannot get any further relief from this end on the self same cause of action.
In view of the context above instant case stands disposed of.
