                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite parties to  replace the defective Sofa set  and to total sale consideration of Rs.23,418/-  and also to pay a sum of Rs.85,000/- as compensation and Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the complaint  to the complainant.
