Adv. Potdukhe appeared for complainant and filed application  for taking the case on today’s board. Application allowed and matter is taken on today’s board. Adv.Potdukhe filed withdrawal pursis there is right hand thumb impression of complainant which is identified by Adv.Potdukhe. The matter is compromised between complainant and OP out of court. The complainant also filed xerox copy of Adhar card of complainant and letter of OP dated 22/2/2021. As per the letter, the OP send DD bearing No.441713000811 dated 22/2/2021 of Rs.18,000/- to the complainant towards compliance. Hence the complainant do not want to proceed the matter further.
