No steps taken by the Dhr.   Jdr. personally appears along with his Ld. Advocate and files a petition supported by affidavit showing cause for his non-appearance on last occasion.  He has also files a photocopy of letter dated 5.6.2015 written to the Dhr.

The cause shown is sufficient and accepted.  From the letter dated 5.6.2015 it appears that on said date man of the O.P. visited the house of the Dhr. with an intention to repair the dining table in question and to comply with the direction as mentioned in the final order under execution.  In the bottom of the letter dated 5.6.2015 the Dhr. made an endorsement admitting the appearance of the man of the Jdr. in his house and stating that the repair work was not satisfactory. 

            On repeated calls none appears from the side of the Dhr. and none explanation has been given to the Forum as to why he was dissatisfied in the repairing work made by the Jdr.  The conduct of the Dhr. clearly shows that he has lost his interest in respect of this execution case.

            In the above premises we are not in a position to continue the proceeding of this case.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the execution case No.26/2015 is rejected without any cost.  Let the plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
