Present: - Sh.  V.S. Sihag, Advocate for complainant.          Sh. Manvir Singh, Prop. on behalf of op no.2. 
Heard. On 14.10.2022, Sh. Manvir Singh, Prop. appeared on behalf of op no.2 and has placed on file affidavit of complainant and application of complainant for withdrawal of present complaint. Learned counsel for complainant also suffered a statement that as per affidavit of complainant produced by op no.2, he withdraws the present complaint. Sh. Manvir Singh, proprietor of op no.2 also suffered a statement that they have compromised the matter with the complainant and batteries have been replaced, so present case may be disposed of/ decided on the basis of the statement.   In view of the above statements of proprietor of op no.2 as well as learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
