          Thus the complaint succeeds.

          Hence, it is

                                                             ORDERED

 

          That the complaint be and the same is allowed on contest against the ops with cost of Rs. 10000.00.

          Ops are jointly and severally directed to pay a sum of Rs. 10000.00 as compensation for harassing the complainant in such a manner and for misbehaving with the complainant in such a manner causing mental pain and suffering, trauma to the complainant and also for negligent and deficient manner of service rendered by the op.

          Ops are jointly and severally hereby directed to pay the entire decretal dues of Rs. 20000.00 (Rs. 10000.00 compensation plus Rs. 10000.00 litigation cost) within 15 days from the date of this order and to restore his platinum credit card etc. so that the complainant may run the card properly.

          Ops are directed jointly and severally not to misbehave, not to harass, the complainant in any manner in future and to that effect an apology letter shall be sent to the complainant in writing for their misdeeds within 15 days from the date of this order.  If op fails to comply the order within the stipulated period in that case for disobeyance and non-compliance of the Forum-s order, op shall have to pay penal interest at the rate of Rs. 200.00 per day till full satisfaction of the decree and if the penal interest is collected, it shall be deposited to this Forum-s account.  But even after if it is found that ops are reluctant to comply in that case penal action shall be started against them u/s 27 of C.P. Act 1986 for which further penalty and fine shall be imposed.
