Advocate for the DHr draws our attention towards his petition and receipt filed on 24.07.15. As per the receipt, petitioner Ananta Kumar Tripathy has received Rs. 13,772/- from the O.P No.1 in presence of the witness. His Advocate submits that this case be closed on full satisfaction. Copy of such petition has been served on the Adv. for JDr. He does not raise any objection. As per the award of this Forum in C.D Case No. 130/98, this Misc. case has been filed in execution of such award. Appeal against the award has been dismissed due to non-prosecution.

                           Now, that Petitioner comes forward with the receipt showing that he received the amount, there is no need to keep this proceeding pending any more. Hence, this proceeding is disposed of on full satisfaction. The receipt shall form part of this final order.
