On call, no one appeared. From the record, it transpires that Opposite Party has been absent since 04.12.2015, only on 13.04.2018, it appears that complainant has been shown present but thereafter complainant has been absent till today. In the meantime, complainant has also been noticed vide memo no. 386 dated 03.08.2022 but even after he did not turn up. It is also relevant to mention that learned lawyer on behalf of complainant was also informed by office on his mobile on 01.07.2022 but the learned lawyer also did not turn up. From the trend and conduct of the complainant, it is obvious that he has got no interest in this case. Best reason known to complainant but the situation as existing does not allow us to continue this case further. Hence, this complaint case stands dismissed.
