Learned counsel for the appellant filed application for amendment of Magma Fincorp Ltd. to M/s. Poonawala Finance Ltd., Since it is formal in nature, the same is accepted.

Learned counsel for the appellant and respondent filed a joint memo od settlement stating that the appellant shall pay Rs. 40,000/- to the respondent within30 days from to-day and after receipt of teh said amount, the respondent will not claim any amount further. It is also agreed by both the parties that after payment of the said amount, the appellant will close the loan account.

Joint memo of settlement signed by both the parties be kept in record. Send back the DFR. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the above settlement.
