            The complainant-Mr. Joydeb Chatterjeee along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

The proprietor of the OP-Company is present.

The dispute has been amicably settled down at Rs.17, 000/-  (Rupees  seventeen thousand  only) out of  the Lok Adalat  and the complainant has already received the said amount  from the OP-Company  towards full and final settlement.

So, the case being No. CC/115/2024  be and the same  is disposed of with full and final satisfaction  of the complainant.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
