ORDER

At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                It is stated by Sh. Rajnikant Upadhaya, Advocate for respondent No.1/opposite party No.1 that opposite party No.1 shall pay an amount of Rs.55,000/- within 15 days from today through demand draft towards full and final settlement of all claims raised by the appellants.

                Offer made is acceptable to appellant No.1/complainant No.1, who is present in Court.

                Counsel for the appellants, on getting instructions from Sh. Bhuvan Duggal, appellant No.1/complainant No.1, states that demand draft for the aforesaid amount be prepared in the name of Sh. Bhuvan Duggal, appellant No.1/complainant No.1.

                We order accordingly.

                Let the demand draft for an amount of Rs.55,000/- be prepared in the name of Sh. Bhuvan Duggal, appellant No.1/complainant No.1 and be handed over to him within 15 days from today. We make it very clear that if the demand draft is not handed over, within 15 days, as ordered, further cost of Rs.10,000/- shall be deemed to have been imposed upon respondent No.1/opposite party No.1.

                In view of above settlement, the appeal stands disposed of.

                Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
