On 01/11/2013, Seen Ptn. No. 751 filed by Complainant. Stated inter alia that on receipt of the notice in the case the O.P. contacted the complainant to refund the amount and there after some discussions over phone were held as well as correspondences were there the O.P. deposited Rs. 111000 in the bank A/C of the complainant and complainant does not intend to proceed further in the case. As per prayer of the complainant, the case is disposed of on full and final satisfaction of the claim.
