Present counsel for DH.  On 11-01-2017 counsel for JD has brought a DD
 bearing no.  007680 dated 11-01-2017 of Rs. 38,000/- in favour of DH
towards the decreetal amount.  On 06-02-2017 counsel for DH has
received the D.D. under due receipt and stated that  balance amount of
Rs. 5,000/- and 10% interest from 29.07.2016 is due against JD.
Counsel for JD  has placed  on record   a manager’s cheque bearing
037729  dated 10.02.2017 amounting to Rs.7,650/- as due amount. Today
counsel for DH has received this cheque. Copy of the cheque has been
placed on record duly signed by the counsel of DH.

As  DH has received the total decreetal amount of Rs.45650/- from  JD
hence the execution is  disposed of as satisfied. Copy of this order
be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be
consigned to record room.
