The complainant is called absent.  Neither the affidavit evidence nor the documents are filed on its behalf.  Since no evidence, whatsoever, was adduced on behalf of the complainant despite the fact that the matter underwent several adjournments, we do not see any ground, whatsoever, to extend any more time either for filing affidavit evidence or for advancing arguments. The complaint is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
