None remained present for the appellant  from 11.15 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.  today.  Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that  none remained  present for the appellant  on last three dates i.e. on 29/02/2016, 31/08/2016 and 17/10/2016. The appellant had appeared lastly before this Commission on 03/12/2015 only.  Notice issued to the respondent No. 1 has been returned unserved due to insufficient address as seen from the envelop containing  that notice returned by postal authority. The appellant has not taken steps since last three dates for service of notice to the respondent No. 1. Hence, appeal is dismissed  in default.
