1.         The Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd., Om Sai Enterprises, SCO No.91, 92 and 93, Cabin No.19-20, Ground Floor, Sector-5, Panchkula through its authorized signatory.

2.         The Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd., A-64, Norina Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-110028, through its authorized signatory.

                        Today the case was fixed for appearance of the Ops. Service of the Ops is complete. Cousnel for the Ops has tendered a cheque of Rs.13,850/- vide bearing No.002873 dated 01.07.2015 in compliance of order under execution application and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with. Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs.13,850/- vide bearing No.002873 dated 01.07.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution applation being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
