The case record is put up to-day on the request of the parties. The Complainant representative submitted that Rs. 2,11,301/- is laying outstanding and about Rs. 40,000/- has been paid to the O.P. The Complainant has not raised complaint before the O.P. at any point of time regarding excess billing if any. The O.P. representative clearly stated that the case can not be settled as actual bill has been given and there is load factor of 4.5KW. The permitted load is 2KW. The Complainant representative submitted that many articles are not in use but the O.P. has calculated in load factor. Regarding excess billing the case can not be taken up as the consumption is about 6 families in the premises of the Complainant.
The Complainant is directed to settled the matter outside commission and to take fresh connection in the name of Neetu Yadav, after compliance of the formalities. The O.P. is directed to provide O.T.S. facilities to the Complainant when launched by the authority. The Complainant agreed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- before 31st January 2023 with normal bill.
