In compliance of the e-mail dated 30/7/15 received from the State Commissioner(Consumer)Delhi and letter No.6262 dated 21/07/15 from Member Secretary D.S.L.S.A.,New Delhi,Lok Adalat held today on second Saturday 8th August 2015.
Complainant is facing financial problem hence filed an application to make the payment of entire amount of the impugned bill if allowed to make the payment in installments.
Copy of the application given to the OP. OP orally submits that the complainant is a habitual defaulter and has never made the payments regularly, therefore, the complainant be directed to deposit the entire amount within due date.
Heard both the parties and perused case file. In view of the submissions made by complainant & OP and particularly in complainant’s bonafide willingness to make the payment in installments. It is hereby directed that complainant shall make payment of the bill No. 10300146424 dated 13/7/15 amounting to Rs. 7, 70,035/- in four EMIs pertaining to CA No. 60008552857 first installment shall be paid on or before 20/8/15 and remaining three installments shall be paid on or before 20th of each succeeding month.
However, it is clarified that if complainant fails to deposit installments as per above schedule, the OP shall be within its rights for claiming the remaining entire outstanding amount or to take appropriate remedies available in law.
The complaint is disposed of as satisfied in above terms. File be consigned to record room.
